How is Synviora priced?
Per seat, per month, on one of three plans. A seat is a person who signs in. Pick the plan, add the seats your team needs, and the total is what you see on this page.
Where does Riya fit in?
Riya is the AI agent that calls, qualifies and follows up your leads. It is its own product with its own plans on riyabot.com; any Synviora plan connects to it with two keys and no engineering.
How is billing done?
In Indian rupees, monthly or yearly. Yearly gives you two months free. GST is added at checkout.
What happens when I add a seat mid-cycle?
New seats are prorated for the rest of the billing period, then billed in full from the next cycle. Remove a seat and it stops at the next cycle.
Is there a free tier?
No free tier, but every plan starts with a 14-day trial and no card required.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next cycle. Your data is never touched by a plan change.
